When in battle, press Tab to toggle the pattern select on and off, and when it's on, use Page Up and Page Down to cycle through patterns. Additionally, you can press Home or End on the overworld to start a battle with Asgore or Endogeny, respectively. Asgore also has much more health and doesn't attack you in this version.
