The Mac OS X has no way of backing up a game from itsoriginal disc, due to the hardware limitations of a Mac. However, there is aworkaround. You can download the games you already own in a disc image formatfrom the internet. This is completely legal as long as you already own a copyof the game you wish to download.

Tools Needed:
OSx360 (Image Burning App)
Requirements:
Xbox 360 .ISO (Disc Image)
Blank DVD+R DL
Stock DVD Burner on iMac/MacBook
Mac OS X 10.4 or higher

Once you’re done downloading, extract the file and place OSx360 into yourapplications folder. Now launch OSx360 from your applications folder. Youshould see something like this:

Once this screen pops up, you’ll need to drag your ISO (game image ) to the big question mark. After you drag the image to thequestion mark it will verify the image and you’ll see a screen similar to thisone.

What you need to pay attention to here is making sure that everything isValid and Everything has passed especially stealth. Ifyou’ve downloaded an ISO that doesn’t have the stealth patch, don’t burn it oryou will get banned from XBOX Live. Everything should look similar to theillustration above.

NOTE: If your ISO didn’t pass / validate everything then follow my tutorialfor how to stealth patch your ISO here or everything seems to look good and theburn button doesn’t seem to do anything, then first if the extension is not ISOthen you must rename it to .iso and then follow the tutorialon how to stealth patch your game HERE.

If everything looks good then go ahead and click on the Configuration buttonon the top right hand side of the application. You can mirror the configurationbelow. Once you’ve set your configuration settings you can close theconfiguration dialog.

If you haven’t done so already, go ahead and insert your blank DVD+R DL discyou might get the following popup, if you do just click on ignore and proceedto the next step.

Now you can click on the Burn button, you should get a screen similar to thebelow. Click burn and be patient as it takes a while to burn a dual layer DVD. Alwaysburn at 4x or lower speeds! We also recommend using Verbatimdual layer DVD discs as they are the most reliable.

When the burn has completed the disc usually auto mounts and opens DVDplayer instructing you to eject the disc and put it into the XBOX 360. Do as itsays and enjoy your game!
